1. Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer (Air-Conditioning) $2400 - $3000, depending on experience	1. We welcome fresh graduates with a Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering 2. Diploma Holders with at least 3 to 4 years experience as a M&E consultant or in an ACMV-related/M&E Consultants’ industries will also be considered 3. Experience in air-conditioner project sales will be an added advantage 4. Knowledge of VRF/split-unit air-conditioning system 5. Self-motivated, with ability to work independently and in a team 6. Good presentation skills and knowledge of MS PowerPoint are essential 7. Must possess a Class 3 driving license & owns a car 8. Effectively bilingual 9. 2. Application Executive (SAP FI/CO Functional)	1. In charge of implementing and supporting SAP FICO/ABAP module for business operations 2. Understand users’ requirements and manage new SAP project initiatives 3. Work with cross-functional SAP team members on projects and resolution of reported application issues 4. Create and maintain system documentations 5. Conduct end user training	1. Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent 2. 2 - 4 years of SAP implementation and configuration and support of FI/CO/ABAP experience 3. 3. Technical Support Engineer	1. To provide technical solutions to clients – Support in load calculations, equipment selection, drawing preparation, submission of quotations and technical data, updating of catalogues 2. Customers/suppliers relationship management – Manage feedback and complaints from customers, being the communication channel with internal departments, factories, suppliers, customers, partners, etc 3. Strategic marketing – Assist in participation of launching, marketing and realizing the sales of company new products and planning, managing and executing activities pertinent to products’ and business’s promotional matters. 4. Reporting and market trend sharing – obtain, compile updated information on market share, competitors’ promo, new products specification comparison, price competitions, etc 5. To support marketing activities and provide design solutions to clients 6. Pre-sales support to consultants / developers / architects	Manage feedback and complaints from customers, being the communication channel with internal departments, factories, suppliers, customers, partners, etc 3. 4. Assistant Service Engineer / Service Engineer (Service Centre) $2350-$2500	1. To act as the main window for all technical issues and solutions 2. To support our Service Technicians and provide onsite solutions for difficult technical issues 3. To provide 24 hours standby duties for all technical issues 4. To perform daily helpdesk duties on rotational basis and assignment basis 5. To prepare ad hoc technical reports	1. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or NTC in Air-Conditioning 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience for Diploma Holders and 5 years for NTC holders 3. Conversant in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD 4. Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is a must. Candidates without a valid Class 3 driving licence need not apply. 5. Must possess the ability to perform troubleshooting in air-conditioning (RAC and VRF) and general parts replacement in air-conditioning systems 6. Able to communicate effectively with people at various levels 7.Posess good interpersonal skills 8.Posess good analytical skills 9.Physically fit
	Additional info  Must be able to converse in English fluently.  Only open to locals  Candidates who have experience working in a B&F environment and possess air-conditioning knowledge will also be considered.  24 hours standby – referring to being contactable and able to go to the site after working hours if needed
5. Project Engineer (1year contract) (Air-conditioning)	To coordinate supply and installation projects, with the objective of ensuring smooth progress of project, within the company’s policy and guidelines.	1.Diploma in Engineering 2.2 to 3 years Project coordinating and supervising experience. Must possess knowledge of MS Office

6. Purchasing Executive/Officer	1. To handle the sourcing, purchase and sales of electronic components for factories. 2. Follow up delivery 3. To maintain current business and develop new business. 4. To conduct price negotiation with suppliers at least twice per year. 5. To gather market/ supplier information and provide to customers constantly. 6. Oversea travelling (Once a month) 7. To participate in project, company events and activities.	1. Diploma or Degree 2. 7. Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking) 1. Basic salary from $3,000 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (least OT)	1. Coordinate with company's agents for maintenance of existing customers 2. Promote new business 3. Various data management like forecast, stock listing, customer quotation, pricing policy 4. Strong interpersonal skills and self management Overseas traveling is expected	1.
